This will be our very first Crossbows at the Crossbell hunt in Oklahoma. Outdoor Solutions is very proud to partner with Ravin crossbows to bring you this up close and personal hunt.
Each guest will have an opportunity for 1 doe and 2 wild hogs, learn how to field dress, break down into the primal cuts and finally down to the sub primal cuts, learn meat ID, package and label at least one of your animals. On the last day, you will work with Chef while learning how to process your wild game into various types of sausage and lastly work side by side with our other guests and the chef in the kitchen as you prepare some amazing elevated wild game dishes.

No more second guessing your shot placement on your game, no more wondering how to butcher select cuts, and best of all no more throwing some butter in a pan and frying every cut of meat! With Outdoor Solutions and other industry professionals, you will learn the entire process from proper shot placement, all the way to how to prepare restaurant-quality meals in your own kitchen.

1 Animal will be Packaged and Vacuum sealed for you to take home - other animals will be quartered for you to take home in your own cooler.
Hands-on, Chef instructed cooking session from game harvested during your hunt
Wine and/or microbrews served with wild game dinner.
